Working with Barb Katnich of Fresh Approach has been a great experience and a real pleasure. We bought a house in Kelowna as our ‘retirement home’ and wanted to give it our touch. So, along with new paint, refinished flooring, new appliances and all new furniture/décor, Barb showed her expertise every step of the way. Barb has a great relationship with her team of contractors who work together very well. She is very personable and exudes professionalism with her team as well as all the vendors she had to deal with. I had the opportunity to go on a couple of shopping trips with Barb and it was a wonderful experience. She is very intuitive with her ideas and has a great eye for the ‘unexpected’ touches. Aside from seeing some of the initial work at the start of the project, we chose to wait for the final reveal when everything was complete. When we walked into the house upon completion, we really felt like this home encompassed our style and certainly exceeded many of our ideas.
