Downsizing without Compromise!

When you are a senior having to downsize and leave your home for a smaller place, the decision can be difficult. I had the honor of working with a wonderful client who had to transition into a condo and was looking for someone to help her do a renovation and make it ‘hers’.

The budget was tight, but we were able to gut the entire kitchen and install all new appliances, cabinets, countertop and beautiful backsplash tile that represented the European cook in this woman. Small but not compromised, she is able to entertain and cook like a pro. The challenge was huge but we were able to make our design work within her budget and deliver a brand new condo on budget and on time.

Needless to say, this client is extremely happy with her new home and thoroughly enjoys entertaining her friends.
