BEACH ROAD

Extensive Interior Updates to this Home

This home had good bones! A little dated with a small kitchen and living area that was not conducive to entertaining, we quickly decided that a some ‘wow’ factor was needed.

The wall that divided the kitchen from the living room was removed, opening up the space in what would become their Great Room. The vaulted ceilings were screaming for some attention so we decided to embrace this feature and with some creative design techniques, clad the entire surface with tongue and groove wood complete with large beams that instantly added warmth to the space.

The addition of a large gas fireplace with stone surround and a new kitchen that consisted of white lacquered uppers with espresso stained maple lowers really enhanced the open concept. The owners loved the wood so much that they decided to have a custom dining table made to match. The beautiful wide-plank hardwood that was installed puts the finishing touch on this gorgeous home.
