Let’s talk about your project. There’s no obligation. The first step is to see the home and get a feel for what needs to be done to attract the right buyer. There’s no cost for this initial visit. Should you decide to go ahead with the project, a detailed report will be provided within 48 hours. This report will outline budget, timeline and the ‘to do’ list – all the things necessary to prep the home for the actual staging. Once the prep has been completed, the property is ready for my Fresh Approach.
